Selling on xp-electric is a very easy, seamless and absolutely free process, click HERE and fill in your details correctly. Upon registration, an email will be sent containing your login information which you use to login into your store and get activated.

All products listed by our merchants are reviewed, approved and go live by our Quality Control team within 2 working days.

Listing products are absolutely free but there’s a commission fee 7.5%.

Products Listing is an opportunity for you to pitch what your products are to your customers in bullet points.
To best describe your products:
Provide details of the product you wish to upload like:

  • Product Name
  • Product Category
  • Product description 
  • Product Details i.e., brand name, warranty and full specification. (Do not hesitate to copy and paste pictures straight from other websites)

Keep Product Name, short & simple; Descriptions must be in bullet points while Product Details field i.e. Brand name must be filled.

Clearly input attributes (color, weight etc.) in the Product Specifications field as they critical for customers to make decisions and inventory available in Product Quantity.
NOTE: Product Quantity and Product Price MUST be reviewed constantly in line with product availability and current market pricing.

We advise you provide as many image angles as possible so that customers are able to see your products clearly. Remember shopping is a visual act. Image resolution should be between 500 x 500 to 2000 x 2000 pixels.

After listing and saving a product our QC team will review and if all criteria’s are met we will publish products onsite, We advise you crosscheck products details to ensure all inputs are made correctly. You can edit, remove and disable products on-site via your merchant page.

You will receive an email explaining the rejection reasons. After understanding the concern, you can edit and resubmit the listing for upload or reach out to us via – vendorops@xpelectric.com or call 08025574580

Absolutely no limits to how many products you can list for sale. Remember listing products is free except you require us to help list the products for you. You can source for images online with the help of a unique identifier of the product/Model Number or Shoot the images of a live product at a studio. Please note when shooting images that images must be shot with a white background. Click on the add products tab on your dashboard, select the Bulk Products upload tab to download Bulk Template, Fill the template accordingly and submit the template by revisiting Bulk Upload Products Tab on the Vendor end and submit your template, a success information pops up and kindly check your registered store email address for a confirmation of the activity.

All your successful orders will appear under “Orders” page. Once an order is placed by a customer, you receive an Email confirmation notification and will be required to prepare to fulfill within 24hours by dropping off at our merchant hubs or packed for pickup by our logistic partner.

All orders are prepaid, and products are “ready-to-ship” once listed. Therefore, only products available in stock should be listed. Once an order is received it cannot be cancelled anymore.

To cancel an order, select “Cancel” under Actions dropdown for either the entire order or for one or more items within the order that are unavailable.

Should you need to cancel an order, it is always a good practice to enter a reason that would be helpful should the customer reach out to the Shop-system in the future.

Note that you will be charged for cancelled orders.

It is best to package all products carefully with protective materials for fragile items and You must always include the product invoice generated as it has important information for the customer such as our customer service hotline and returns information.

An item or product is “ready to ship” once created on xp-electric platform and upon receiving order merchant should be prepared for pickup by our logistic partners or drop off at our drop off centers.

Go to “Orders” > “Manage Orders” > Click on “Completed”. There you will see your order history broken down by “Delivered”, “Canceled”, “Delivery failed”, “Returned orders”.

Click on “my Dashboard”, to view your sales which will highlight your total sales, pending sales, delivered, canceled and returned orders.

An invoice is a document issued by a seller merchant to xp-electric that indicates the quantities and costs of the products provided by the seller to be delivered to customer.

Merchants will receive payment for all products successfully delivered 5 working days after to ensure customer has ample time to review product(s) received.

In order to ensure customer’s protection and satisfaction as well as to always improve sales, xp-electric guarantees returns in the following cases:

  • The product is not the one ordered
  • The product is faulty
  • 5 days period of withdrawal to the customer

We also puts attention into merchant protection. The items can be returned only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • The product sent back is still in its original packages
  • The product has not been used
  • There isn’t any missing part of the product
  • The customer  has kept and sent back the invoice of the product

Items will be returned via our logistic partner that picked it up for picked up items while an email will be sent to merchant to come to our vendor drop off in the case of vendor drop off.

For each product you list, add VAT and our commission fee to your price.
