Ritar 200Ah/12v AGM Inverter Battery series is specially designed for heavy load discharge applications with 8 to 15 years of design life in float service. The HR series offers stable performance during high current discharge requirements by using strong grids and specially designed active material. The HR series provides 30% more power output than the standard range. Suitable for UPS/EPS,  data centers where high current loads are required.

To determine the applicable shipping fees for the items you intent to order:

Refund Policy

Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product (i.e. if return claim is valid). We will send you an email notification once return examination is completed and product replacement/cash refund will be done within 10 working days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

XP Electric is 100% committed to customer satisfaction and protection therefore if for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), you can;

Return the product(s) within 7days from item delivery date. We will make it as seamless as possible with zero return shipping if valid claim.

RETURN REQUIREMENT
To be eligible for a return:

  1. Product must be unused.
  2. Product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Product must be in the complete original packaging.
  4. Product must have all no physical damage or scratch.
  5. Product inserts and accessories must be intact.
  6. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED IN OUR RETURN POLICY?
Products under these categories are acceptable for exchange:

  1. Non-functional: Product is not operating or in working order.
  2. Counterfeit: Product is an imitation or not genuine (fake).
  3. Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  4. Incomplete or Missing product parts and accessories.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED WITH IN RETURN POLICY?
Please see the conditions our return policy will not be able to provide cover for:

  • Products that have exceeded the 7 days return timeline
  • Products with broken seal
  • Products with obvious sign of use
  • Products not in its original condition
  • Products with missing parts
  • Products with self-induced damaged

HOW TO RETURN

  1. File a complaint
    Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your detailed claim. This should include product name, order number and reason for return. Attach an image of the product to support your claim if need be.
  2. Retrieval
    Once compliant is received, we will contact you to schedule a pickup. Put item in its original packaging with all product inserts and accessories intact before handing over to our logistics partner. Ensure your return form is signed by our logistics partner as proof of pickup.
  3. Validation
    Upon receipt, our technicians will perform a QC, and process request based on the condition of the item. If the reason for return cannot be validated, item will be redelivered to you. If validated, item will be returned to vendor and exchange or repair processed within 7 working days.
  4. Re-delivery
    We will keep you updated by email, Call or SMS about the status of your return as well as new delivery date. Following this, our logistics partner will make 1 attempt to re-deliver your item within 7 working days. Note that your return request will be cancelled if you miss attempt.


Cancellations

Please send a message or call us within the first 6hrs of order placement to notify us of order cancellation. Note, we would deduct shipping cost from refund if you fail to notify us within 24hrs from order placement to cover the cost of product pickup and return from vendor.
